Despite rumors to the contrary, embattled Rep. Rick Renzi (R-Ariz.) issued two statements Friday insisting that he has no intention of resigning.

Remember that Rep. Bob Ney angrily denied he would resign from the House. At least up until he resigned.

A court has found probable cause that a crime has been committed or else there would have been no wiretap and no FBI raid. I still maintain that Rep. Renzi needs to go for the good of the Republican Party.
